Ian Curtis

Ian Clifford Curtis November 4, 1934 – January 8, 2022 It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Ian Curtis on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at the age of 87 years. He died peacefully in his sleep at Queensway Carleton Hospital in Ottawa surrounded by his immediate family. Loving husband to the late Marjorie Purcell of Rawdon, Quebec and father of his late daughter Leah (Mark). He is survived by his daughter Glenda (Kim) and son Lloyd (Cindy). Grandfather to Brandon and the late Melissa. He is also survived by his brother Ron of New Zealand, nieces, cousins, other family members and friends and will be dearly missed. Ian was a resident at Revera Barrhaven Manor in Nepean, Ontario. He was extremely happy in his retirement community, loved the activities and had made many friends. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for the wonderful, loving home they provided for Dad and a special thanks to “Ian’s Angels”. Visitation will take place from White and Sons Funeral Home, Rawdon, Quebec on Saturday, January 15th from 1pm to 2:30pm. A funeral and burial service will follow from Christ Church Rawdon. We are restricted to a maximum of 25 people in the funeral home. Pre-registration is required. In lieu of flowers donations to Christ Church Rawdon would be greatly appreciated.
