Camille Alston Townson

We would like to announce the passing of Camille Alston Townson. October 8 1943 - May 18 2023 Beautiful, kind, artistic, God loving and very strong woman will be missed by her family and friends Beloved wife of the late Richard Townson May 18 1947 - December 6 2016. Daughter of Emma and William Alston. Camille had three sisters Faye Ellen Alward, Cathy June Gariga, Patricia Gail Greenwell, two brothers David H and Glen D Alston. In-law through her marriage to Richard; parents Bud And Margaret Townson and also sisters and brothers Cathy, Ginny, Tim, Tom, Tam Terry. Camille also had five children Emma Elizabeth, Tommy , Christopher, David and Nettye. Grandchildren Adam , Matthew , Emily , Anastasia, Alivia Rose, Great Grandson Giacomo.  She is also survived by nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. A service and celebration of life commemorating 50 years of marriage and her life, will be held at Christ Church on Friday June 30th at 1 pm
