Cherished Great-Grandmother to Abigail, Sasha, Lukas, Annabelle, Theo, Peyton, Madeline, Owen and Remi. As homemaker and mother of 5 children, Mom was the pillar of our family who always kept things together, through thick and thin. She was a sports enthusiast who eagerly followed her favorite athletes and teams. Mom cherished her close group of friends and neighbours in the Rawdon community. She was a member of the Rawdon Golf Club, an avid member of the Rawdon Legion, and a beloved member of St. Patrick’s Church. Mom was also a talented baker and cook. For several years, she worked as cook for the children at Hawkins Home Emergency Shelter. She was always happy to prepare favourite dishes for family and friends when they visited, and to bake for church events. Her apple pies will be greatly missed. Thank you to all the beautiful care givers from the CLSC Chertsey and Rousseau Rawdon. We are so grateful for your kind and caring support of Mom and Dad over the years. You made it possible for them to remain in the home they loved. Thank you also, to the amazing staff of Joliette Hospital Emergency department, 4th Floor and 6th floor.
